Carolina Building Enclosure & Performance Consulting was founded by Vincent Ellis, a building scientist with a Bachelor of Architectural Science, a Master of Building Science, and a PHIUS Certified Consultant (CPHC®).
With expertise in hygrothermal modeling, moisture management, and high-performance design, Vincent brings a rare blend of technical depth, practical field experience, and a passion for resilient Carolina buildings.
